Gameplay: Play as Jackie Estacado, a mafia hitman with supernatural abilities, in a first-person shooter. You can use firearms and your dark powers at the same time.
Powers: Your dark powers are essential for combat and can be upgraded using "dark essence" gained from kills. To use your powers, you must stay in the dark, so eliminating light sources is a key strategy.
Story: Two years after suppressing the darkness, Jackie is attacked and forced to release his powers again. He goes on a mission to uncover the mystery of who is behind the attack, which is linked to his deceased girlfriend, Jenny.
Art Style: The game uses a cel-shaded, hand-painted visual style to emulate the look of the graphic novel.
Modes: In addition to the single-player campaign, there is a multiplayer mode called "Vendetta" where up to four players can experience a separate story with unique characters, weapons, and abilities.
Release and Rating: The PAL version was released on February 10, 2012. It is rated Mature (MA 15+ in some regions).
