Yes. Unless the product page clearly says otherwise, our games are PAL region and pre-owned (used). If a title is NTSC, region-free, or new/sealed, we’ll state that in the description.

Absolutely. Every pre-owned game is bench-tested on compatible hardware for readability/play before we dispatch it.

All consoles (pre-owned/refurbished) we sell carry a 6-month ElectroGames warranty. Repairs done by us also include a 3-month parts & labour warranty (covers the specific fix). This excludes damage from power surges/lightning, liquid/impact, tampering/mods, or misuse.

We don’t do cash refunds for change-of-mind. Where eligible, we offer like-for-like exchanges or store credit. Defective items are handled in line with South African consumer law. • Games: exchange/store credit if defective; cosmetic wear expected for retro/pre-owned stock. • Digital items (if sold): non-returnable once the key/code is delivered/revealed (law exceptions only). • Change-of-mind: sealed, unused items only, within 7 days (where applicable). If an accessory has a factory fault / DOA within 7 days, we’ll exchange it (or issue store credit if the same model isn’t available). We don’t refund or exchange working accessories.

We ship with Pudo Courier Services. Typical timelines (business days): • Main centres: 1–3 days • Regional towns: 2–5 days • Remote areas: 3–7 days Orders placed before 13:00 SAST usually go out the same day. You’ll receive tracking once shipped. (Testing/quality checks can affect same-day cut-off during peak periods.)

Yes — by prior arrangement you can book your own courier to collect from our store. This is at your cost and risk, and risk passes to you on handover to your courier.

Please note any visible damage with the driver, take photos, and email us within 48 hours so we can help. We’ll investigate with the courier and resolve with a repair, replacement, or store credit/refund as appropriate.

Yes, we do trade-ins on eligible games/consoles/accessories (especially classic/collectible titles). Trade-ins are assessed for condition and region; we generally offer store credit. Chat to us for the current process and pricing.
