Campaign: Follows Noble Team as they fight against the overwhelming forces of the Covenant.
Multiplayer: Features a revamped progression system, extensive player and character customization, new modes like Invasion, and traditional favorites.
Firefight: A cooperative mode where players must survive against increasingly difficult waves of Covenant enemies, with new modes and customization options.
Technical Advancements: Uses a new engine to deliver improved graphics, audio, and AI, though the original Xbox 360 version can have lower resolution and framerate compared to later remasters.
Customization: Players can customize their Spartan's armor and gear.
Cooperative Play: The campaign can be played with up to four players cooperatively online or with two players on split-screen.
