Story: The game begins two years after Final Fantasy X and follows Yuna as a sphere hunter, searching for Tidus, and getting caught up in political turmoil to prevent a war from starting in Spira.
Gameplay: It utilizes a unique dressphere system where equipping different dresspheres changes a character's abilities and stats, allowing for on-the-fly tactical changes in battle.
Combat: The game returns to the classic Active Time Battle (ATB) system and features an all-female main cast.
Region: The PAL version is specifically for PlayStation 2 consoles in PAL regions, such as Europe and Australia. It will not play on a standard North American PlayStation 2 console without modification or a swap tool.
Language: The game is fully in English, including the dialogue and text.
