Activities: There are 15 activities divided into five categories: Visualize, Identify, Memorize, Compute, and Analyze.
Modes:
Test: Play through one activity from each of the five categories to get a final "brain weight" and a grade.
Practice: Choose specific activities to play repeatedly.
Multiplayer: Up to eight players can compete in various modes, including Mental Marathon, Mind Sprint, and Brain Quiz.
Controls: The game uses the Wii Remote's pointer for all activities, making it accessible for people of all ages and gaming backgrounds.
WiiConnect24: You can exchange training data and results with friends who also have the game.
Miis: The game uses your Mii characters to record scores and compete.
